It's because the religious people who just talk and talk and talk, and don't live by what they talk about, are the ones who get all offended and start condemning people. The good religious people are the ones who don't have to prove anything to anyone and just live by trying to do what's right and not stepping on people toes.

No one but Jesus is perfect. Not knowing when to not run our mouths off is one of the flaws common to Christians, and everyone else for that matter. Jesus did not come to save people who were perfect and righteous, but sinners like you and me and everyone else posting here.
"God doesn't let homeless black ppl live in my church because they have AIDS and would turn it into a crack house."
1: Thats why churches fund organizations like the Mission which houses and feeds homeless people.
"If you would get an education you would obviously understand english and be able to read the bible"
The bible has been translated into hundreds of languages, if someone cannot read, then they should find someone to teach them how. (Coincidentally, the bible is a good book to practice with)
"You r going to burn in hell for not going to church"
Thats a straight up lie. You will go to hell if you don't have faith in Jesus Christ. Which building you visit on a Sunday morning has nothing to do with it. (This guy obviously didn't go to church enough if he didn't know that.)
"What a poor pathetic person u are for not being religious"
I really have no answer to that because 'being religious' is a little ambiguous.
In summary, Christians screw up and say stupid things just as much as non-christians do.

I have never posted a hateful answer but I notice your question is designed to spark an angry response and instead has generated a bunch of Hateful AGREEMENT with your statement. Very interesting. I think that some people may be hurting even if they are christian and also many people who claim the mantle of Christ do not really understand what they are saying. I hope you find out that MOST followers of Christ are not really represented in a forum like this. One DESIGNED to polarize people. Find a good local church and talk to the people there you will find very little if any hate.

You know what. I have not read any of these things you say. I very seldom read what others write. BUT. I will start reading them. I would like to see first hand, ignorance in the making.
Would churches let you sleep there? I doubt it. Only because they (at least mine) is not equipped unless for an emergency. THEN, we would get you a room or motel.

You came across as a potty mouth in ur last question and comments. You are very hypocritical and judgmental. Your last question wasn't even a question nor controversial but your comments were. When you make rude and offensive questions and comments it puts you in the line of fire. Grow up! If you are black, you are embarrassing ur self and ur culture with ignorance.

Please understand
There are those who call themselves religious but live like the devil there are those on line who pretend to be Christians just to get a rise (Jim Darwin has already said he did this)
The true test:
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck it probably is a duck.
P.S. where is your negative comments about those who post filth and reply to Innocent questions with filth and hated or are you just after "Do goodies?

Great question! Remember who had the Lord Jesus Christ crucified...it was the religious leaders of his day. It was not the rank and file "sinners."
By the way, not all religious people are Christians; the bad apples are used by satan to bring down the truth.
Once again...good question. I understand your point 100%!

yup, sad isn't it. unfortunately, fundamentalism in any religion or doctrine drawa the most illiterate, ignorant, uneducated group of people simply because it makes them feel important. Most developmentally delayed people are also very religious. The lower the IQ, the higher the likelihood of being in a fundamentalist group

For me, it is usually the person and the previous questions they ask. I may poke fun, but I hope that I am not being disrespectful. Sometimes it is just the questions. But I try to answer the best way I know, when it comes to the serious questions being asked. My blog shows what I am really about.

How do you know this is a religious person? It could be an impostor trying to turn you off from religion.
