(I'm uruguayan) I can talk with a mexican with no problem, despite that they have different meanings for some words. Argentinian spanish is nearly the same to uruguayan spanish, but there are some things that we don't have in common. In grammar, it's all the same. But argentinians speak with other tone. Note: Argentina has a lot of regions with differences in their spanish: the south, the west (close to the Cordillera de los Andes, there they speak similar to chilean people), the north (next to Bolivia, there they speak like the bolivians do) and the east side. I'm Spanish, so here goes...
You can say: No sé. In spanish you can omit the "Yo" pronoun (in Yo no sé). You can also say, "no lo sé" which means I don't know it. If you're taking Spanish classes anytime soon, ask the teacher for more colloquial terms and phrases!

Yep, everyone is correct that it is "No se" (accent on the e), or "Yo no se" (again, accent on the e), but the pronunciation "say" is incorrect. It sounds kind of gringo to say it like that. I'd go more with "seh" or something of that nature, stressing the "eh" part (due to the accent).
This phrase comes in handy for me, there's lots of stuff I don't know. "I don't know" is one of the only phrases I know in Korean. I really should learn how to say "I don't know" in every single language and then use it as a universal response whenever anyone asks me something.

"Yo no sé."
and also: "No conozco." which almost better translates as "I'm not aquainted with..."
Those two are not used interchangably, some things that you know are with one and some with the other.
