I don't know where you live but if it is in a bigger city, go to Party City. We just had a dinosaur for my 4 yr old and they had really cute invites and thank you notes. They also had the matching table cloth and treat bags and even some dinosaur stuff to put in the treat bags. Other wise DIN-O-MITE birthaday party for (name) please come have a ROARING good time with us!

You could arrange his name into that of a dinosaur, like Michaeloraptor, Stevosaurus, Blakerotops, lukesaurus, adamodon etc. The other idea's I've read sound great as well.
