re-creation of Israel? Maybe you misunderstood him. maybe.he meant it another way.

Israel Fulfilling Modern Prophecy?

I believe that modern Israel is a Divine work and is in the process of fulfilling Bible prophecy. I believe that Israel, as she is constituted today, is a work of God in progress which will lead to her national conversion, the Second Coming of Christ, and His Millennial reign.

There are three things there and I'm going to break them down. do you agree that it will lead to a national conversion?

I, do because I believe this Book and Romans 11:26 says "all Israel shall be saved, for there shall come out of Zion, a deliverer who shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob" and Jacob is Israel – II Kings 17:34.

The second part to that, will it lead to the Second Coming of Christ?

Oh yes. This is Old Testament now, Psalm 2:6 says "…I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion" (Jerusalem). And Zechariah 14:4 tells us that His feet will touch the Mount of Olives, when He comes to rule and reign.

How about that 1,000 years called the Millennial Reign?

I love again the statement of the ancient Rabbi Hagaon who said the war of Gog and Magog, Ezekiel 38 and 39 which is Russia, precedes the coming of Messiah to dwell on the earth. It's here. And that's why Isaiah 59:20 says that the redeemer shall come to Jerusalem and Zechariah 2:10 says "Rejoice, O daughters of Jerusalem, for Lo I will come and dwell in the midst of you." It's all happening.

So in other words, you totally agree with the three things I, just talked about, right?

No doubt about it. In fact, when I answered the first question, about all Israel being saved, (Romans 11:26) I failed to say that it’s going to be Jewish Evangelists who are going to bring this message of great Salvation to their own people plus the entire world.

Amos 9:14-15
14. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. 15. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.

Ezekiel 37:9-14
9 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.' " 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. 11 Then he said to me: "Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They say, 'Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.' 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: O my people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 Then you, my people, will know that I am the LORD, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. 14 I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the LORD have spoken, and I have done it, declares the LORD.' "

Charles Ryrie states: "The bones represent hopeless and helpless Israel. The graves speak of her political demise. The spirit is the Holy Spirit, who will effect the regeneration of the people. The vision does not depict the physical resurrection of individuals, but the political (prior to the second coming of Christ) and spiritual (at the second coming of Christ) revivals of Israel."

Isaiah 66:7-9
7 "Before she goes into labor, she gives birth; before the pains come upon her, she delivers a son. 8. Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she gives birth to her children. 9. Do I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?" says the LORD. "Do I close up the womb when I bring to delivery?" says your God.

From http://www.konig.org/page3.htm:
In Isaiah 66:7-8, the prophet foreshadowed the re-birth of Israel in 1948. Isaiah describes a woman giving birth before going into labor, and he speaks of a country being born in one day. This accurately describes what happened on May 14, 1948 - when the Jews declared independence for Israel as a united and sovereign nation for the first time in 2900 years.
During that same day, the United States issued a statement recognizing Israel's sovereignty. And, only hours beforehand, a United Nations mandate expired, ending British control of the land. During a 24-hour span of time, foreign control of the land of Israel had formally ceased, and Israel had declared its independence, and its independence was acknowledged by other nations. Modern Israel was literally was born in a single day.
Isaiah said the birth would take place before there would be labor pains. And that too is precisely what happened. A movement called Zionism began in the 1800s to encourage Jews worldwide to move to Israel, which at that time was called Palestine. Within hours of the declaration of independence in 1948, Israel was attacked by the surrounding countries of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
