je sed he loved me i believed him
then a week later he with going out witth this other girl and never told me i found out my a friend of a friend.
this was ages ago but it still hurts i was used i ltruely loved him
how can i heal a broken heart?

I know it sounds harsh but it really isnt - life goes on. You are obviously above this guy, I bet you would have plenty of boys wanting to be your boyfriend :) just believe in urself and people around you will see it too. If you respect urself, others cant not. Trust me it works...
Your better then him, and thats the reality of it.

Well, you learned the hard way, as most girls do. Now, what you do from now on is all that will matter. Don't let this one mistake make you an easy target for every guy that comes along. Next time a fellow shows an interest in you, KEEP THOSE LEGS TOGETHER AT ALL COSTS. Boys think of nothing but putting their erections into any hole. Not all boys, but most of them, because most of them are jerks. However, YOU have to have learned a lesson from this. Keep that lesson in your heart for all time. It will make you stronger next time a jerk comes along. Try to avoid guys like him, though. They are not worth YOU.

Guys hump and dump because after the humping so quickly what is there left for us? Girls don't be so quick to jump into bed with guys...My last relationship lasted 4 years and it took about 2-3 months for me and my ex to have sex...Get to know the person first, build a bond then have sex...also depends on the guy too i guess...

First, I'd like to say, I'm sorry that happened to you. No woman should be treated like that. For a woman to give of herself and then be dumped isn't right. Not all men are like that but, there are a lot of guys working a score card and the girls suffer for it. I, for one do appreciate the fact that a true woman can and will continue to give of herself if she receives in return. It only makes sense. Don't blame us all, there are good guys out there !!!

This is the reason I firmly believe that people should wait til they are married to have sex. Sadly some men that is their goals. They want to sleep with you and and then dump you. Once they sleep with you, there is nothing else to look forward to.

It hurts till you learn tht men are here to procreate and thts all .It doesnt matter who they have sex with just so they do.Only a woman gets emotionally involved by having sex.Its not you so dont feel bad but learn dont get feelings from having sex and you wont get hurt again!

because girls like jerks. I'm a freaking sweetheart with the opening doors, pulling out chairs, and thank you ma'ams....but i can't even get a date let alone a girlfriend
