Any and all exercises makes you lose weight. All you have to do is work out for 90 minutes a day and it does not have to be consecutively. You can do 4 15 min. increments or 2 30 min. how every you need to. Just make sure you get your heart pumping.

Anything that makes you move: swimming, dancing, aerobics, tae bo, kickboxing, treadmill, stationary bike, etc. This should be done for 30 minutes minimum 4-6 days a week for weight loss, also food is a big part of the plan.
Cut back on these foods and have them sparingly: cheeses, sodas, sugary treats, fast foods, fried foods. Watch your eating at nite, and make your biggest meals breakfast and lunch and your lightest at dinner. You can work off the food that is eaten early, but not later in the evening.

1. when some one offer you for morning Breakfast.
2. when some one offer you for afternoon Lunch.
3. when some one offer you for night Dinner.

Then others will see drastic change in you. (But not you)...

One great activity is jump roping its cheap and easy to do. Plus you burn 125 calories in 15 mins.

i would say DANCE can make you really lose weight.. plus the advantage of learning graceful body movements.. Latin and Jazz focus more on the middle...

sports, sports, sports! i play a lot of sports, and am in great shape. i promise you, if you play sports (even if it's only in your backyard with some friends or family) and play on a regular basis, you will lose weight. (eating healthy also helps)
