Police spokesmen have denied that the use of tear gas or forced C-section was ever considered. Alpert was unharmed in the shooting, with 2 of the bullets lodging themselves in the victim and the third passing harmlessly through the birth canal.

the AG needs to prosecute what ever dealer would sell a .38 to the kid. is should have been obvious that it was a straw purchase. we need to get these unscrupulous dealers away from the Ob's offices.
