Why would you even think to use Advil? If it is so painful then Advil will help for that but otherwise it will not make the diarrhea go away.

It is much better to let it run its course. Watch your fluid intake to protect against dehydration (usually you will not have a problem unless you are very old, very young or also vomiting) If it continues longer then a few weeks you may want to see a doctor since it could be something more serious.

Advil is for pain. You need to take medicine to stop the runs. Go to the drugstore. Ask the pharmacist.

advil isn't for diarrhea, try pepto bismol. make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids, so you don't get dehydrated. if the medicine doesn't help, or it lasts longer than a couple of days, seek medical assistance.
