Make a PB &J sandwich and dip both sides into french toast batter and then fry on less than med. heat. When golden brown, slap some butter on it and pour on the syrup. This is not diet food, but it's goooood!
Another is: take a loaf of french bread (baked), tear in half, crumble one half into a 6x9 baking dish (well greased) then put some shredded cheese ( your fav) and then layer on some sausage, bacon or ham or all of it then another layer of cheese then a layer of onions, green peppers, mushrooms, celery, tomato or black olives or all of it then a layer of cheese then crumble the other half of the french loaf on top. Now mix well in a bowl 4 or 5 large eggs with a little milk (for fluffiness) and then pour evenly over everything in the baking dish. Set it in the fridge (covered) until the next morning then set oven to 350 degrees and bake until the eggs are done and the top will brown (slightly). Note: all meat should be pre-cooked. Enjoy!

This recipe is very simple. All you need is about 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breast, a bottle of zesty Italian dressing, and a turkey bag. You put the chicken and dressing in the turkey bag and seal it airtight. bake the chicken in a roasting pan in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE STIRFRY

Ingredients:
Stirfry vegies such as carrot, zucchini, baby corn, capsicum, onion, bok choy, snow peas, broccoli - sliced

Chicken breast - sliced

Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)

Sweet Chilli sauce

Sesame Oil

Garlic and ginger (optional)

Method:
- Slice chicken breast and place in a bowl with some garlic and ginger - marinade for about an hour or so (this is optional, I just find it gives the meal a bit of extra zing!)

- Slice up vegies.

- Add some sesame oil to your wok. When it is hot, add your chicken. When it's cooked, remove from wok.

- more oil, then add harder vegies (onion, carrot) and stirfry about 2 mins. Add other vegies and stirfry about another 2 mins, or until they feel tender enough for you...I like my vegies crunchy.

- Add chicken back in with the vegies and mix through. Now add Kecap Manis...enough to cover all the vegies and meat.

- Depending on how spicy you like your food, add some sweet chilli sauce...I like about 2 good shakes of the bottle.

- Serve on wither a bed of noodles or jasmine rice, depending on taste.

- ENJOY!!
