Yes, chew on some Parsley, you know that green garnish they give you with your pasta at restaurants. Its pretty cheap, and keeps fresh for a good time in the fridge. The Native Indians used it for eons, so its gotta work.

Well, there's no way to completely eliminate morning/bad breath. During our sleep, bacteria forms on the back of our tounges. This is what causes morning breath.
Here's what you can do to help minimize bad breath:
*Before sleep, clean your tongue
* Anyone with a dry mouth, nasal problem, or uses a CPAP machine
*Floss/Brush
*Use mouth wash

Brush your teeth and tounge. Use a good bacteria fighting mouthwash and floss. Get a dental checkup, lots of odors are from tooth decay or gum disease.
Also watch what you eat. Certain things (garlic) has a lingering effect in the mouth that is difficult to get rid of.
Try to cut down on some of the stomach acid etc (belching brings up a whole new odor to your mouth).
Finally, try to determine if you have reflux. If the food from the night before is refluxing into your throat and mouth some while you sleep, it could be causing odor.

Brush your teeth and clean your tongue and use a oral mouth wash before going to bed. In the morning use only oral mouth wash before taking breakfast. After break fast brush and clean. Your bad breath will be eliminated if it is related to your oral cavity

Ew...haven't you ever tried brushing your teeth? Try flossing and using scope... Don't forget to brush the inner cheeks, under the tongue and the roof of your mouth.
*Up with the flowers, down with the rain, back and forth like a choo choo train...swish, gargle, spit, rince ~ Got that?

Try drinking a glass of water after each meal, and expecially before going to sleep. because what happens is all the food and bacteria in your mouth rots overnight when you sleep, so in the morning its all nasty.. if you drink water, its like rinsing out a glass of milk before you leave it overnight to wash next morning.

Brush before you go to bed. The odor is from decaying material in your mouth.

BRUSH AND FLOSS
I know it sounds simple but often bad breath is from poor dental care.
