I used an Abs of Steel video and it was great. I would recommend the video/DVD for buns. If not, try doing squats with your legs spread a bit. Wide squats work more buns than quads. When I did squats I noticed my shorts getting tighter, and I could hold up a loose-at-the-waist pair with bun shape alone! Heavy weights aren't particularly needed, start off with none and work your way to light dumbbells. Try 5 sets of 15-20, skip a day or 2 in between. When you notice your butt muscles hurting 2 days later, you'll know you hit the right spots. Be patient, great buns aren't built in a day.

Try going to "body for life exercises" they are great for pics too. Walking lunges, leg lifts, Pilates is good too. It's easier if you can go to a site and see pics to see how they are done. Try the body for life site. It's easier for you to go there and see pics then me trying to explain!
