As a chef I find the most valuable use for Minute Rice is motivational. I cook to express as well as to nourish and when I think of how cooking allows me a creative outlet it makes me smile. Products like Minute Rice make me cry but serve as a constant reminder that unless we remain diligent in life we will achieve only mediocrity.
