If I eat mostly only cereal for each meal a day [breakfast, lunch and dinner] but sometimes I have salads with certain meats and fruits and stuff, am I malnutritioning myself? I just dont wanna get fat!

Some doctors will swear by taking a multivitamin a day to offset any difficiencies, while some doctors will say multivitamins aren't neccessary. If the cereal you are eating is healthy, not the sugar crap, then you seem to be doing okay. Listen to your body and if you are feeling weak or tired you may not be getting enough calories or vitamins. Make sure to include some greens in those salads. Get a good sleep, lack of sleep can contribute to obesity. Excercise is important, walking is fine as a minimum requirement.

I don't think the way you are eating is very healthy. There are many ways to loose weight safely. Try to exercise for at least 30 mins. a day. Also, try to put yourself on a low calorie diet so that you dont deprive your body of the nutrients it needs....

uhh...omg why are you so worried about getting fat? okay befor you say anything i am not fat, okay? now you are not taking care of yourself that good...instead of just eating heathly go get outside and excersise! food honey is not going to make you fat

Eat what you enjoy and exercise. You may be missing key vitamins.
