1 way of thinking like the nazi's wanted and a Bible thumper sounds like someone you hits you with the Bible. Well, your thoughts on this phrase please be gentle now, ok ???

I concur with Johnny Zondo. Bible Thumping Nazis. Or Hypocritical self righteous, SOB's. Each could be used interchangeably and have the same effect.

First of all, just because someone is religious does not make them a "bible thumper" or "church nazi." Those labels refer to the extremists who tend to be more fundamentally driven, judgmental and hostile toward those who don't share similar views. Sometimes the label is warranted, in my opinion. Don't take it personally, because if you're conscientious of it you probably aren't like that. They give religious people a bad name.

Sorry. My bad. You are right, of course. It's my southern upbringing. I actually did get thumped with a bible a couple of times, while my experience of Nazis is that it is mostly a fashion thing. I'll try to be more polite in the future. Thank you.

yup, like the nazi's some chrsitians are fundametalists, no debating about that. Difference being is (at the moment) they are not so much of a problem but unless they are kept in check then it could erupt into something similar to 1930's Germany with a regime that is hell bend on making everyonelse believe in what they believe..........time will tell!

bible thumper...church nazis ...n*****s, B**ch any of these are dierogitory names... so if thats what you want to call people then thats extremly rude...
and if Loveing God, and going to church and beleving what he says makes me a Church Nazi or bible thumper so be it.. id rather be that then go to hell :-)
