from the beef is this bad....what should I do?

All you can do now is toss that thing out into the trash and go back to your grocery store to get a fresh ground beef. You can't just thaw out your hamburger meat like that. Especially in warm water. Temperature is critical especially in raw meat and even cooked meat. Next time, the best way to thaw out frozen meat is by leaving it at the bottom of your fridge (inside). If you put it on the top shelf its possible that juice meat could leak out and get into your vegetables and other food items.

No I would not eat it...it could ...now since u put it in the warm water and let it set...contain Ecoli..which is a serious bacteria that can make u sick....Next time ...thaw in the microwave..it is alot safer.

yes this is bad. you should only thaw things under cold RUNNING water, or under refrigeration overnight.

Cook it and eat it. If it doesn't kill you, you know it was ok to eat.
