Water "follows" salt...so, if you eat this much salt, you will become very thristy. And then you will have to go pee alot more too. Now, I have heard that if you eat a teaspoon of honey, that it deduces the need to get up at night to urinate.
BUT why would you not want to go to the bathroom? THAT is as natural as you breathing air in /out of your lungs! YOU have two different systems---one for urinating and one for having bowel movements (taking a crap). The body has to have a way of getting rid of the "garbage" that our bodies create.... YOU better talk with your doctor before you go off and do some serious damage to the natural elimination systems of your body.

do not attempt this back! there is no longer some thing to detox on your body, and extreme salt purely places one better burden on the completed ingredient, plus raising your blood rigidity. each and every individual needs to get over this concept of "detox". It utilized to alcoholics and drug addicts, because they have screwed up their livers. Your liver is doing its interest, so are your kidneys. there is no longer some thing to "cleanse". you're not from now on grimy interior your body. Your suggestions, now... it truly is yet another question. In my no longer-so-humble opinion, human beings have the concept they are poisonous or pick cleansing as a way of describing some kind of guilt or sinful feeling. So do kindness or stay unsleeping all nighttime praying, yet go away your body to do its artwork. you do not have 10 years' properly worth of previous feces on your gut, both. And drink a great number of water to get rid of the very actual sin of eating 2 tablespoons of salt!

No. And be careful. The average daily intake of sodium, from all sources, should be under 3,000 mgs. A tablespoon of salt has over 6,000 mgs.

No, but it will upset your electrolyte balance causing you to grow fine hair all over your body. Including face, arms (where hair doesn't grow now), back, butt, back of legs, and feet with a fine downy fuzz. Anorexics go through the same thing. Also, you can damage organs because of the intake of sodium. Good luck with that!

It will dehydrate you a bit (it would take more than 1tsb to have any great effect), so you will have less volume of urine. It shouldn't affect your bowel movements though.

I don't think that is true. What it might do is make your kidneys work harder and it is not a wise idea if you have hypertension(high blood pressure).
