Beer and Whisky are preferred in Asia--Sake is good for the tourists who just love the stuff when they visit

There is a Vietnamese restaurant in Oakland called Le Cheval. They have a traditional drink that contains snakes, lizzards, sea horeses and other really scary things. They keep it on the bar in a very large glass jar. I have not tried it. Apparently many people order it. Anyway the food is excellent!

akadoma wine from Japan. For worms in your tequila, go to Mexico.
hot sake ain't bad either.

A Mai Tai is a good one. Sadly I can't think of any with creatures though, only lots of tiny umbrellas.

white sake, it's served cold, it has a milky look and kinda taste coconutty, but it's not. it's just sake! IT'S EXPENSIVE ! CHEERS
