The color purple in the Bible is symbolic of royality. Kings and such.

You'll get a better answer by reading the book. Purple is supposed to symbolize beauty. In Alice Walker's The Color Purple, a person who is able to walk past the color purple without noticing it is someone who can't appreciate beauty. In the modern interpretation of yogic energy centers, purple is supposed to be the color of the crown chakra at the top of the head, but colors are subject to the interpretations of the eyes that look at them and spiritual qualities don't actually have any color of their own. Look at a rainbow or colors in a prism. Purple is the highest form of vibration. If you are truly a spiritual person, your aura will be that tint.

Spiritual meaning? I don't think any. Colors are physical attributes, at most evoking emotional or psychological meaning. And then, purple can "mean" anything from royalty to homosexuality to grape soda.

I believe that it is much more important to ask yourself what the color purple means to you, rather than what some religious traditions have suggested it means.

Purple is a colour of psychic ability. My partner had an aura photo done and his aura was completely purple, which was very apt since he is also extremely psychic.
