Anyone ever use the Michael Thurman 6 week body makeover?

I was wanting to try this, but didn't know if it was worth it? What did you like? What did you not like? Also, if you buy one kit, does it include the guy and girl stuff or is it just for one person only?

I've never heard of it, but I went to the site. It's another money maker for them. I didn't sign up, but the exercise is only 15-18 minutes twice a week, I know this wouldn't work. It's not enough time to do anything, by the time your day comes around to work out, you've lost all that you gained in that few minutes. Their work out routine is a joke, don't know about the rest.
It looks like it's just for one person and you fill out a form and they'll know if you're a woman and a man.
