There is no such thing as spot reduction. Crunches and situps alone dont work. To lose fat in one part of the body you have to exercise the whole body. Jumping rope is 10 times better than jogging. Try working out with light weights with high repetitions. Cut down on fat, sugar and salt or eliminate them altogether. Eat more carbs and protein. Carbs wont make you fat as long as you exercise. Exercise 4-5 times a week, 45mins - 1 hour per session. Do it for at least 12 weeks and you will have a well-shaped body.

I have a similar problem. I cant do sit-ups and crunches because I have no mobility in my upper back. Here is what I do.

Lay on the floor with your hands facing the ground or under your back if you have limited mobility there (for extra support). your legs should be lying straight out in front of you. Put a volleyball or soccer ball between your feet. Lift your feet six inches off the floor and hold for a second then put them back down, but don't touch the ground. Go back up right away. Do 3 sets of twenty of these every day.

Walking, running...lots of cardio. Make sure you eat right... but crunches/sit-ups are really good for losing that tummy.

While doing all of your other excercises, keep your abs tight. Another excersise is while standing, lift your knee as high as you can towards your chest and touch it with your opposite elbow. Alternate legs and keep your abs tight while doing this. Tightening and releasing your abs throughout the day should also help as some workout!
