I see so many desperate questions from people wanting to lose weight fast like 20 pounds a month. Whats wrong with a pound a week? In one year thats 52 pounds. Thats a lot of weight isn't it?

I lost 80 lbs. It took just about a year and I half and I've kept it off for over five years. It's worth taking it slow and being consistant.

When you're 200 lbs, one or two pounds a week seems too slow.

When you're 125 lbs, it's not as much of a rush to lose weight as wanting to fit into that little black dress.

I EAT MOSTLY CANTELOPE WATERMELON
APPLES GRAPES AND YOUGURT NONFAT FOOD CITY BRAND A LOCAL FOOD CHAIN AND I AVERAGE LOSING AROUND 20-30 POUNDS A MONTHS AND HAVE DONE SO WHILE WORKING AS A SERER PART TIME I HAVE A BAD BACK AND ALSO HAVE BEEN TOLD REPEATEDLY IF I LOSE WEIGHT THAT LOOSING WEIGHT WOULD MAKE ME NOT HURT AS MUCH, WELL THEY LIED ,IM NOW 255LB APP AND WAS ABOUT 350-380 3-4 MONTHS AGO AND I FEEL BETTER ABOUT MY PHYSICAL LOOKS AND I DO FEEL BETTER ABOUT ME HEALTH WISEALSO I TOOK 2 HYDROXYCUT PILLS A DAY THAT YOU GET AT WAL-MART AND I DO EAT OUT ABOUT 2 DAYS A WEEK I JUST EAT SMALL AMOUTS BECAUSE AFTER AWHILE YOUR STOMACH GETS SMALLER AND YOU CANT EAT AS MUCH

Hmmm well, thats like saying you want to win a million dollar lotto jackpot but.... only get a dollar a day.... while 365 dollars a yr is a nice chunk of pocket change. Im betting most want the lump sum all at once.
