Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

It depends on how heavy you are to start with the more a person weighs the faster they can loose weight initially. A 300 pound person can lose 7-10 pounds the first week of a diet& exercise program, then as they lose the weight starts to drop at about 2-3 pounds a week which is considered a healthy rate.

It is generally considered healthy to lose about 1 to 2 lbs per week. On a daily average that is about 500 calories per day over 1 week period (7 x 500 = 3500 cal = 1 pound). It ensures that you're not losing weight too fast (which is usually just water loss) and you are not going into a starvation cycle. You can increase your weight loss with increased output such as exercise but occasionally people will increase their weight (gaining muscle mass) in the beginning follow by rapid weight loss. Muscle weights more than fat but also contributes to your overall BMR (basal metabolic rate).
The short answer to that then is about 5 to 10 weeks.

Nathan: to lose any weight, yoiu have to eat! EAt healthy, that is. Start eating smaller portions, sticking mostly to vegetables and fruit, and drinking lots and lots of water. Instead of meat and those greasy hamburgers they serve at all fast food places, try eating more towards vegetarian meals. Don't knock it until you've tried it. You can buy baked tofu that tastes just like meat, only it's healthier, and you get pure protein. Try drinking some soy milk - it comes in natural, vanilla, and chocolate, and it's healthy and tastes good. Try eating salads using spinache instead of lettuce (tastier) and using lots of raw organic vegetables in the salad. Use no fat or low fat salad dressing. Read labels before you try it. Always read labels to see the sodium, fat, and calorie content - of any foods you eat. Avoid those that are high in sodium and fat. For snacks find something low in sugar and fat. Maybe a 'splurge' would be some no fat, no sugar ice cream. Trader Joe stores sells an ice cream bar called 'Tofutti' that is out of this world delicious - no dairy, no sugar. We buy them constantly and love them. Hit the health food section of your local store and try some tofu (baked) and also, yogurt, Silk brand or Soy brand. It's delicious and high in protein. Avoid meat altogether if you can, and try (if you're not vegetarian) fish. Most chicken is loaded with stuff you wouldn't want to know about, so I wont suggest that. However, you can find vegetarian 'chicken' that is really great. Try a vegetarian pizza once in a while - the kind you bake yourself. There is such a thing as 'eggless egg salad' that I buy at Trader Joe. I love it. And it's healthy and not very expensive. Try learning to cook tofu. You can use it a dozen different ways, and it is higher in protein (gives you energy) that meat is. Get yourself a cookbook, or go online and get some simple recipes. Drink lots of water. Exercise daily. Oh, another great one. Make smoothies - really simple. Put some soymilk in a blender, add lots of fresh fruit, and maybe a couple of drops of artificial sweetener, and blend. To make it thicker, just keep adding ice cubes, one at a time. Comes out like a milkshake, it's filling, and yummy. Will fill you up. And again, drink lots and lots of water. If the taste is 'too boring' try adding a little 'crystal light' which is sugar free. And exercise. Good luck! Karen

If you eat right and excercise, you can lose up to 10 pounds in about a month. You should not lose anymore than1-2 pounds in a week. It is unhealthy and if you lose it too fast, it can come back more easily than if you lose it slowly.

Well, it all depends on your body. Some people take forever to lose weight, and some people only need a short time. For me, I lose and gain weight all the time, but that's because I'm a teenager, and so that's normal. The best person to talk to is your doctor.

Cutting 500 calories a day will lose you one pound per week. Or burning 500 more calories per week. Or any combination of the two.
