What is a free system cleaner that i can download online, without purchasing after a scan? Meaning that what is a computer sofware that I can dowload online and after i scan my computer, i dont need to pay for reparing the problems found?

You don't need to do that system scan it is just a ploy to make you think there is something wrong with your computer. Don't allow it to happen next time you get the popup. If you want to scan your computer Start/Accessories/System Tools/Disc Cleanup. That takes awhile but it is already built in to your system. Also, your antivirus has a scanning option on it.

ewido free scan, theres many out there.. But maybe not the best,, did you goolgle for it.. Panda (junk) scan, good luck getting that out of your registry lol. Like I said, there are many, just have to be carfull on what you get, many get into your registry and stay there forever. Well unless you reformatt... Spy bot is one of the worst ones, dont do that. cc cleaner is a great one too..

Try using http://www.ccleaner.com - as given by the user above, and CleanUp! - I don't know the exact site for this, but it really gets rid of tons of crap in your computer. And it's free.
