you might just be deficient of something e.g. iron.
heres a list of ways of beating depression that i got from my support group today:
1. exercise can help improve your mood..endorphins
2. pay attention to your body - good nutrition, rest, go to doctor to rule out depression from physical conditions e.g. lyme disease
3. good rest important 6-8 hours sleep a night at least
4. avoid drink/drugs
5. get some friends - support
6. positive thoughts to stop negative self-talk
7. engage in activities which renew and inspire your heart and mind e.g. prayer, meditation, deep breathing
8. find your voice through creative exercises e.g a diary, creative art, music
9. maintain daily routines
also: run it out, talk it out, focus on things you can change, write down your feelings, draw your feelings, set a time limit on sad feelings.

For me i'd start up off slowly and earnings small aims. case in factor if I have not in any respect run earlier, i'd probably bypass for a 5 minute jog. after I have carried out that the subsequent time (some days later or ever a million week later) i'd upload 5 minutes. Then when I have carried out that i'd upload yet another 5 minutes etc etc. the point is to set small possible aims, and earlier you already are conscious of it you'd be doing 30 minute jogs per week without batting an eyelid :-) the incentive ingredient kicks in once you already know you could earnings those aims and it feels good to finish that. even if you sense lazy or drained, in simple terms placed those operating shoes on and bypass outside then there is not any turning back once you've locked the gate. because you've placed on the operating shoes you would besides do your run. The trick is to bypass by skill of the action and a diverse mind-set will kick in. You pressure the body to steer the lazy or drained concepts, then once you start up operating you concepts can not help yet to regulate to the recent environment. by using ways the oxygen you earnings from the run might want to wake your lazy or drained concepts up and also you'll sense lively afterwards and sense happy that you probably did your run.

Yeah it sounds like you are a bit depressed. Im not suggesting going out and getting on meds, but maybe you could find something you find enjoyable to mix it up. I have the same problem sometimes since its summer, the kids are home, I dont work....so days kind of run into each other. I was just thinking today that i should find something I would like to do even if its corney, like sewing or scrapbooking. Do you like to read? Maybe pick up a book you have been meaning to read or take a day and go lay out at the pool? You have probably just gotten into a comfortable routine and need to break it. I hope you feel better soon!

could be a number of things. You should really go to a dr to be clear.
Could be an iron deficiency.
Could be depression.
Chronic fatigue Syndrome.
I was like that for awhile...and I joined a gym and realized that if I don't USE my body, and expel energy, then I don't get energized. Sounds a little backwards, but run, jog (its free and good for your health) and you'll sleep better at nights, feel more energized all day (run in the a.m.) and if you continue to have sullen feelings, get checked out by a physician. GOOD LUCK!!!

Go to an astrologer or a psychic healer. Maybe one or more of your chakras is damaged.
