It depends. Do you still have feelings? Do you think the problems that you have before you broke up can be mended now? If he still loves you, and you have feelings for him, take it slow, start dating each other, see where things go.
Alternately if you don't have feelings for him, tell him that, it'll get the healing process moving faster for him.

It depends....if you aren't interested anymore say "sorry for your loss - live and learn - and we learn by our mistakes"
If you still care for him, tell him that it makes you feel good that he said that. See how it goes. You didn't say how YOU felt.
Oh.....and if YAHOO QA kicked you off cuz of your limit, it's a good idea to go to all your questions and vote for best answer - you get 3 points for every one. The person you vote for will get 10 points. If you keep going, you get to the point you won't have a limit anymore. People appreciate it (the same way you would). Just telling you in case you didn't know - there are new people on here everyday.

I have been in this situation. And the way I saw it is....I want to be someones one and only, the love of their life, the one they would do anything for. Not second choice. If they didn't think you were worthy a year ago, then they aren't worthy now. True love is something that comes naturally. The first time around. If it wasn't there to begin with....then it never will be.

Let that person stay in their misery and regret.--they might just dump you again. However, as with many other readers in this post, may sure you LOVE him or her so deeply that you can forget the past. Besides, elaborate on how you know that they are "still in love with u". Look for the signs.

If you still like him, go for it but keep it casual. But don't get too serious, because even if he regrets his decision now, he might make the same mistake again...you never know.

Do you want to get back together with him, if so go for it. OR you can say I have moved on, stay away from me.

Why not agree with him - tell him it was the worst mistake he has ever made.
