my cat seems to hate me every time i pet her she is nice and then smacks me when i pick her up she gives me a mean meow and kicks me i need help

Just play around with her. By the next day your cat should like you(probably).

She smacks you only when you pick her up? I would say that either she doesn't like being picked up, which is the case with many cats, or she is in pain somewhere. If she is in pain then she would dislike you touching a certain place...so you are going to have to experiment by touching her tummy in different places.

she seems to not like you picking her up,she doesn't like you or check to see if she is pregnant most cats do this when they have baby's in them.if not you might want to give her away to someone she might like
