I worked with chromium in a steel foundry. It's NOT good for you. It is one of the most cancerous there is. You should have seen the warning labels on the stuff we were shovelling. Remember the movie with Erin Broko_ _ _ (I forget) which was about hexavelant chromium that got in the drinking water and all the town got cancer. She sued the company for multi-millions and won(true strory)

So why are YOU drinking it. And why are they allowed to put it in soft drinks and sell it in healthfood stores. It does not promote weight loss. The guys I worked with were still fat and not lean and the concentrations were many times higher.

Throw that crap out.

Chromium is a trace metal that is supposed to curb one's appetite but no formal studies have proven this to be true.

it may have things that are good for you, but look at how many sugars are in drinks like those. most of the time that out weighs the "goodness" that they claim the drink has.
