If an illegal alien can prove you harmed them in any way sexually,mentally,or physically while they were in custody they will immediately get thier green card and you go to prison?

I'd say that the law's successfully been slanted in favor of illegals, which for my nickel amounts to a complete perversion of anything you'd care to call the law. I think all persons have equal rights under the law, and should be safe from harm if in custody, but if people have status as an illegal alien in the United States, the correct answer is to get them OUT of the United States, back to where they came from, chop-chop. Anything else amounts to a half-answer, playing with your food, twiddling your thumbs, etc etc etc. The ICE needs to invest in about 5,000 buses and charter some airplanes, and people that are aiding and abetting people being in our country illegally need to be fined and put in jail. Don't beat the crap out of them, either...

Contact your community about the issue, and get them to rally support against this criminal action toward you. The illegal has no rights, other than humanity rights in America, and if filing a lawsuit against the police is required you should.

Well I probably wouldn't have an "informed" answer as this is something I know little about. What I HAVE noticed is when YOU post you often refer to the the younger people who are effected. This I admire VERY MUCH.

sucks huh. welcome to my world. I faced that everytime i had a detainee in custody. Except he will be freed and i will go to prison at least 6yrs. Know your rules and dont let stress overcome your judgement. I handled enough potential terrorist to know they are more protected than me. The states dont want to loo bad in front of he public so it has to be that way. Always carry a witness with you. An honest one. You try to be shady and the consequences multiply.
