don't understand your question...I think most people make up their own truths to suit their desires....that makes truth relative in this world. I understand that there are absolute truths....I'm not sure if we can apply "right" or "wrong" to them. But they exist, and whether we like it or not, we are subject to them.

Because it is very scary to tell the absolute truth! You revel so much of yourself with the truth it leaves most people vulnerable. When someone tells you the truth they trust you, hang on to them, they are true friends!

Because in life there is no absolute right and wrong. There are plenty of situations where there is a large grey area, where right and wrong is based soley on an individuals moral convictions.

Some people think the accumulated myths and superstitions of their ancestors which have been dogmatized, institutionalized and mounded into the colossal pile of crap they call ultimate truth, is somehow truth.

because they believe that there perception is also reality. most people who do not know better would say it is up to them not society or religion to dictate "there truth".
