Fact is, most people don't care about what you're telling them or not if they don't really know you. If they don't have the chance to find out the particular details in your life, then they won't even consider thinking about if you're telling the truth or not. It's just not important to them.

Before you can become successful, you need to build a strong character. Drop your pride and realize that the "grandiose" reputation and image you've built aren't going to change anyone's mind on anything worthwhile. Yes, you might dupe someone once in a while, but you're not establishing yourself on any real venue (nor is that person sacrificing or losing out on something that's valuable; it's like running around a grocery store all day getting all of those free pull out coupons and not even spending them since you don't have any cash to complement them with).

Just listen to people more and be genuine. Nobody else can test what you're saying, so grow up, be independent, and take initiative. Make some friends, do something mindless and pointless on a regular basis to feel good, and LIGHTEN UP!! Sure you won't understand everything, but you'll PRACTICE and DO what matters and feel great also.

The only person you should try to impress is your self!Maybe you should try to start at a fresh job , and begin by naturally being your true self. It doesn't matter about the things you have and don't have, what matters is the person inside of you. Trying to be something you are not is way harder than actually being yourself. Who actually wants to be in a friendship where everything is based on lies? So be your self, and true friends will follow! The truth shall set you free. The only thing in this world that you can truly be is yourself, so forget the rest and love who you are!

Sounds like you have an extreme case of
no self-esteem at all. Quit being untruthful
and learn to love yourself. Every lie you tell you must remember it, that's a waste of time and energy. Work on keeping a positive state
of mind. Yes, you are mentally sick!
Get help as quickly as possible!! Bless You!

You want to fit in but you are going about it the wrong way. When we grow up poor we feel left out alot.being poor is depressing. It sounds like you will say anything for attintion...maybe you did not get the love you needed as a child on top of the material things.I would get someone to talk to just to get it out and then you can deal with life as it is todaY. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.

You need to talk to a professional counselor about this. You can't keep lying about things because it catch up to you and bite you in the ****. Go get help. Hospitals have all kinds of mental health clinics. And start being truthful with people. You need to learn that if you're honest and have a decent personality people will like you for you.

My daddy would call this nonsense! Grow up and realise that if you do like the way your life really is then get off your butt and change it! Lieing is the easy way out.

No, you're not.
Just wake up tomorrow morning and tell yourself that you're not going to lie anymore. The people who you lied to might not forgive you, but the new people you meet will be worth it.

you should see a psychiatrist and work out those problems! just talking about your problems can help you stop doing them. you need to know that if you're lying, then people will sonner or later figure it out, and then you'll be in a LOT of trouble!!
