I call and call and get no answer. I revceive numerous dead-end phone messages that promise to respond with a live person but to no avail. I feel lied to and I don't like it. As a result, I will not by a Magellan product because if they treat me this waya they do not deserve my business!

I think you've been stiffed.....a lot of places are doing this now, because the company feels if it's less than $100, they can get away with it.......easy extra bucks.....If you used an ATM debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo, or a regular credit card to buy, contact your bank or credit card company, tell them the sale was fraudulent or grossly misrepresented.......... :-)
