I guess you are asking if other religions have the idea of sin. If so the answer is yes. It is an important concept in Islam. It is not an important concept in Buddhism.
Christians however do have a unique idea of "original" sin, that is that you are born as a sinful person. Muslims don't believe you are born sinful. This explains the idea of some of the rituals for infants among Catholics and Greek Orthodox.
If you are not a traditional Christian you might not buy into the idea of sin at all. You might find the idea of ignorance, stupidity, and simply making mistakes more reasonable idea. Humans are not perfect.
I personally find the idea of sin to be something that belongs in the history books of ancient mistakes that humanity has made and silly ideas it has believed in.

no everyone sins. Christians know that when they do they can be forgiven by God and although depending on what sin the committed they will have to pay the consequences God will forgive them. Christians may be the only ones to refer to wrongs as sins but they are not unique with sinning. For example everyone lies at one point or another in their life. That's a sin to a Christian and may just be considered bad or wrong to someone else.

Technically, sin can only be performed by one who believes in it. If you take the extreme example, a sociopath (one who has no inherent morality) would not be capable of sinning because there is no way for that person to distinguish right from wrong, and hence perceive what is or isn't a sin or whether sin even exists.
But unless you're a sociopath, some form of communitarian breach is possible by you.

Everyone sins; Christians are the ones who believe that they "sin." However, everybody does it. Admit it, we're all self-centered and we haven't been a perfect angel all our lives

Hay Jack-- You THINKIN' AGAIN!
Hard to believe but
TRUE CHRISTIANS DO have to be concerned with sin.
Once Saved, Always Saved!
~~
Obviously, sinless perfection is not expected of us!
Read Romans 8: 38 and 39 again and relax!
Salvation IS FOREVER!
"And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the laws of Moses" Acts 13: 39

depends on what you mean by this. If you are not christian you may not be "sinning" in their sense, but other people do bad things that would be sins..
