Okay, i was keeping this little boy for my friend and he was a bout 6 months after he doesed off he would wake up and start screaming and then finally went to sleep do u think it was nightmares ur thoughts please

Yes, they do have nightmares. Can you imagine being a baby lying in a crib hearing sounds in the dark and you have no idea what they are. It would be scary to be a baby.

My grand daughter is 2 months old and she just had a nightmare today. She cried for 10minutes with her eyes open then closed them and went back to sleep

Yes, once in a while my kids have being pretending to be crying or wake up screaming in the middle of the nigth & know that my daugther can express her dreams she had told me that she dream bad sometimes she doesn't remember but I can tell it was bad ,cuz the way she racts ....

well, nightmares isnt care about baby, young or old it can

yes the baby may have a nightmare.

try hold the baby with ur shoulder talk 2 him in low voice ( baby! mo-ma/daddy here! with rocking slowly ). than the baby will calm ( feel sefe ) than back to sleep.

yes but it could have been gas as well sometimes just rubbing them on the back soothes them. There nightmares would be not being able to see a caretaker or no bottle or a lost bink (pacifier)

my son has had those since he was about 6-8 months old he is now 3 almost 4 and still has them they call them night terrors but same as nightmares now my daughter is starting to get them OH LORD help me please lol

I think they do, my nephew does that. He'll be sleep and he'll just wake up and start hollering his head off, then he'll drink off again. It's really weird, he's not an unhappy baby.

Yes. My daughter used to cry and smile in her sleep and never wake up. I think she was dreaming.

It's true that babies have nightmares. Sometimes they get good dreams and sometimes, nightmares.

My son used to do that, and the doctor told me he had night terrors. He eventually grew out of them, but it was really scary when it happened!
