cause I am able to pull off both with my skin color...
I'm very light skinned but use bronzer...so either way it will work...

u r the most pathetic person ever!!!!! leave ur hair color the way it is!!! leave ur skin the way it is unless its natural(aka: the sun!) and besides the fact that u shouldnt be changing ur natural looks, u DEFFINITELY shouldnt do it for a guy, or even a person!! i cant even begin to rant here so im just gonna leave!

i go through phases. i've always liked honey brunettes, but i'm going through a blonde phase right now. i don't know why.
