Well, I guess you can believe just about anything you want to about this.

I believe that God performed a miracle (definition: something beyond human consciousness) in this case and that this was a non-physical impregnation, purely spiritual.

Virgin births are not nonexistent even today. There have been several recorded in the middle east but known that we know of with humans till Mary. Also, it might be another misinterpretation of the Bible. Read "Velvet Elvis" and see what you think.

Jesus is Gods son. God even sent an angel to tell Joseph to go ahead and marry her.

I think it went something like this, "Joseph, I think I am with child and we are not yet married." " They will stone me to death, what can we do?" "Don't worry Mary, I'll come up with some story they will buy."

that is not really the point, you can see a great man or you can see the spirit of GOD in Jesus... we need to see the spirit in ourselves and Jesus taught us that....
