they could be a few things.
goosebumps
where hairs are growing out
pimples
bug bites
rash
skin irritation
moles
muscles?
are they small and pink? i have seen many people with these, and there is anything wrong with the person. they just have bumps. the bumps dont hurt them or anything, and you can't really do anything to treat them.
we need a good description to be able to really help you.

you can remove them with sugar and honey in the shower.it comes from sweating
