The library should have them, but you could contact your recruiter and ask for a guide or perhaps a practice exam to prepare. Also, check for any on-line guides. Regardless of who provides this exam, it is still standardized and should have some form of guidelines that the test takers need to understand.
I took it and got a 95 (not bad for someone who fell asleep during the exam).

Studying for the ASVAB is kind of like studying for an IQ test...
It might help a little, but honestly the test is about how you can think, not what you can memorize. There are some basic math and english items in the test, but they really look at the other sections like coding and stuff to see where you can fit into the military.

it's such an easy test but some people get in 40s i got a 78 but some people got 82 thru 88. ask your recruiter to take that pretest on computer. o yea the higher the score the better off you are.

You should be able too. I found one on internet for like a $1.50. It cost more for shipping then the book.
