I had a female cop harrassing me because off a party, she told me to move if I didnt like the cops coming out all the time, I told her she needed some dic k, lol.

I guess it depends on what you’re being arrested for? My guess is almost nothing you are being arrested for will be a turn on for her.
To a police officer:
Drugs= loser/ no job,
Drunk & Disorderly = bane of my existence,
Lewd behavior = pervert/deviant
misuse of 911 (to call her) = real bad guys getting away.
I guess if it is real love at first site, write down her badge number, and ask where you can send her a written apology for your offense.
Then write a charming, sweet, PG note, include your phone number and a gift card for star bucks coffee, under $10. (They may not be able to accept more).
A week later send flowers ($30 not straight roses) to her station, stating you hope she enjoyed the coffee, and you hope you can meet her for the next cup. Provide your number and the best time to reach you.
If she doesn't contact you, tough luck. If you keep trying = stalker
