Take a deep breath and exhale. Count to 10. Then, take a deep breath again and exhale.

Exercise helps. Get outside and walk or run or whatever you can do when you get outside.

These are only the beginning. You may need to talk to a counselor about your anger and stress. The counselor can give you ides on how to deal with your anger (and find out what's bothering you to cause this anger). Once you begin to deal with that in a responsible way, your stress may go down.

Watch what you eat. Limit alcohol intake (in fact, don't drink - alcohol just compounds the problems).

Find a friend or family member to talk over your problems with. Sometimes you just want someone to listen to you go on for a bit. They may not be able to help you solve your problems, but can serve as a sounding board.

good luck.

My boss tells me that we get stressed when we are unable to accept certain things or facts. I think it's true.

Everytime I get stressed, I now ask myself why am I not accepting this fact. By answering myself, I find ways to overcome it. Acting is always the best way to deal with stress. Leaving things that worries us makes things worst. A situation usually does not goes away by itself unless acted upon.

Another way I deal with stress is to read self help books. I would recommend the following three books:
1. The Magic of Thinking Big
2. Don't Sweat the small stuff
3. Success Principles

Lastly, i try to master the art of ignoring things or events that makes me stressed!

Check out a site I created when I was stressed! Haha! http://stress.50webs.com which eventually led to http://www.wanginternet.com

Relaxation, mediation, counselling. It depends what the problem is. Are you annoyed at everything if so maybe you need to rethink what you want out of life and change ie job, area or partner.

good luck
