Wine, because it's not so fattening, filling, or gassy as beer can be, and not so hard on the liver and brain like liquer. But if you don't like wine, I sure would recommend a frozen Marguarita, great with chips and salsa, or a Manhattan straight up with anything.

Nobody can tell you what the best alcohol beverage is for you. There are different beverages for different occasions and everyone has different likes and dislikes. One bit of caution though, the soda pop alcohol beverages that are marketed to kids have a lot of sugar and juice to take away the taste of the alcohol. These drinks can sneak up on you and make you sicker than a dog --- puking sick!
