First of all, do u want guys just to be a crowd around u or are u planning to get yourself the chance to select a partner in your life from a bunch of guys...
If the answer is the first one, why don´t u try to get involve in some activity (that u also enjoy) like Roll games, movie club, or writers circles...
but if your answer is the second one, well ,hang out and if a guy grave your attention stare at him (but not in a starving way, just casually but constantly) and when he´s look you back, just smile at him if the guy is interested he will do the rest...

How are you with your close friends? Just be like that. ie. be yourself. Most people have a hard time being outgoing because of their insecurities. They are too afraid that the other people might find them strange, or unappealing.
If you know yourself to be a good person (inside and out), and people treat you negatively, you don't need them in your life. And it's better you know now than later. Trust me, the people that accept you for who you are, are the only ones worth YOUR attention.

well kinda pretend they are your best freind and try not to impress them. be yourself . if that doesnt work, pretend you are your favorite moviestarr and just talk to them normally and casually, with no worries.

It depends on wat ur talking bout. Like if u mean act more like ur self around them just get to know them and I don't really care wat people think of me cause they can either like me or they can't cause if I act like something I'm not then they r liking me for something I'm really not and I could never act like myself.
