Recently when I go to the bathroon, I find mysefl sitting there for 10 minutes trying to have a movement, when it normally just takes me like a minute. I have to try so hard and its just so difficult. Also, its not really a solid and I just dont know what wrong. I dont think its contipation or else nothign would come out if it was. The main thing is that its been taking me so long to finish and its become so strenous to do. Whats wrong?

Maybe my diet has something to do with it? Lately Ive been eating out a lot.

You may be dehydrated. With all this hot weather, you can easily forget to drink enough fluids.
Also, try to eat fruits and vegetables to keep your fiber up. Grains also.
Stress can also cause changes in your bowel movements. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is the worst problem for changes. Try to keep your stress level down might help.
One other thing, when you are having this problem, try not to strain to much. This can cause you to develop hemorrhoids. Just get a good magazine to read.

Eat right (high fiber, plenty of water, etc). When you first wake up, take 2 or 3 Phillips Milk Of Magnesia Tablets, along with a couple of glasses of water. They taste good (minty) and help you get it going pretty quickly. A cup of coffee, etc. helps me also.

Add more fruit and vegetables to your diet, eat a fiber supplement and drink a lot of water. If you continue and are in pain then see your family doctor.

my little sister had the same problem. go 2 ur doctor & he'll give u this pill tat u have 2 stick up ur a** (lol) n-e-wayz it works. well it worked 4 my little sis!!!!!!

Add more fruit & vegtables. as well.

Stay away from heavy foods with cheese.

slight problem buddy, that happens to a lot of males, it's a prostate problem, you dont have to poo you gotta pee, you should get that checked out

too much salt in your diet. try drinking more water
