At 14, your body is still developing and hormones influence your weight. In fact, it is actually unhealthy to be really thin during puberty. You're supposed to be a bit thicker. All that will resolve itself once puberty is over. What you can do is make sure you don't get fat. That means you simply have to discipline yourself not to eat the junk when you most want it. Or, you have to expend more energy by becoming more active in sports or by doing some other exercise.
How about joining some sort of a sports club, like tae kwon do or something along those lines?
I don't know what motivates you, but one thing you might want to think about the next time you're tempted to eat something bad is to look at it and say: eat this or have a nice body and make the choice right then which is more important to you. Instant gratification or long term success.
