He swears they only kissed. I am so in love with him. But I feel if I take him back I am saying it is ok to cheat.

Don't let your rose colored glasses ruin your vision. He lied to you. He doesn't respect you. Otherwise he would never have done what he did. Maybe all he did was kiss her (probably not). But that's not the issue.
The issue is trust, the bedrock of any relationship. Just like you don't loan money to the guy who ripped you off, you don't trust the person who said "I love you and only want you" and then hooked up with someone else. Aren't you worth honest love?

Sometimes you do dumb things, and just because he was attracted to a girl dosen't mean that it even begins to measure up to all that you have togeather.
Give the guy a chance but don't let it happen again, he's only human.
After all it's not everyday that a girl lets you kiss her. You should be mad at the girl for tempting him, did he go after it or did she temp him??? It does make a diffrence.

kissing or anything more is cheating.. even mentally...if he truly loved u he wouldnt of kissed another female.. i personally would never take back my partner if he cheated on me, if he does it once he will do it again...the decision is up to u.

i cheated on my girlfriend once she kick me in the nuts in the middle of a night club where i was kissing her i wont be doing that again mayb u should give it a go

Once ive felt deceived or lied to by my GF its over i dont mess around with that kina stuff. when im in a relationship im way to comitted to accept that kind of behavior.
MAn you can never be mad at the other person. If your GF/BF screws up its on them. They could have said no or just left.
