i dont think it should matter but i just want to make sure.
obviously i would only take it out when it is off.

No....but it might delete your settings. If you camera allows you to set the time and date removal of the battery sometimes deletes the settings. It's no big deal to replace them but if you are a technophobe it can be a little bit of a pain.

Naw. It'll only mess up the time/date feature. Everything else will be ok.

yes make sure its off...it shouldnt hurt it but most will lose amy customized settings after so many minuets or hours...it will revert to default settings....
