Are flies and the smell of decay harmful to my health?

MY NEIGHBOR WAS FOUND DEAD IN HIS HOME. THE BODY BADLY DECOMPOSED. NOW 10 days later ALL WINDOWS ARE OPEN, HOME HAS NOT BEEN FUMIGATED, AND THE STENCH IS HORRIBLE. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE FLIES, AND MY GARBAGE CAN INFESTED WITH MAGGOTS.

You'll be fine, but they need to be a little more considerate and take care of it. I don't know your relationship with the people in charge of the house, but you may want to call the police. Your other neighbors will probably agree. They need to take care of that.

YES!!! Bad bacteria and other microbes! Demand that it get sanitized asap!
