i know this guy named kyle and when i think about him i get this great big smile on my face and i don't know i should do cuz if i wait to long i might lose him so idk wat i should do about it

Start talking to him, hint that you want to go out with him, if he doesn't get the hint, be a little more foward about it and just ask him out.

What you should do then is hold a conversation with him and then towards the end of the conversation ask him out. If he says no its not the end of the world at all.

Go talk to him. Let him know you want to hang out with him. But don't be too forward. You don't want to freak him out right away. Just start hanging around him more and getting to know him better. Maybe he'll end up liking you and ask you out. If he doesn't, then you can once you get to know him better.
