lmao..it comes from a ingrown hair..ive been soaking in hot water and epson salt but really isnt working

Have your doctor prescribe an anitbiotic. Also wash with antibiotic soap and apply antibiotic ointment. Apply a warm compress for 30 minutes twice a day to draw the boil to a head. Then when it's ready to pop, sqeeze gently and wash with soap and apply ab ointment.

Go to the drug store and get a ointment called Draw out.
It will pull the core out then just keep the spot covered with a triple antibiotic ointment for a few days.
