I'd try ordering some flowers and having them sent to her with a note asking her to meet you for a drink or stating you'd like to buy her a cup of coffee. Or, the more creative the better. Pick something unique that you think she might enjoy doing, museum, boating, bowling, tennis, etc...
You pick the the time and the place. But try and find out her work shifts so you can have a better chance of her being available.
Its more work but everyone loves a mystery, a lil' bit.
If she has a soul and is available, she will show up.
If you want to have sex with her you must, at least, first establish that you can respect her.

When she gives you the ticket to pay... write it on the ticket w/your phone number.If she is interested she will call you. But if you are only interested in sex you should tell her that. Dont use a pick up line... that will be a for sure turn off. Then leave a rose w/the tip!

Um...try not to use a pickup line. Instead just say "I think you're very sexy, wanna grab a cocktail tonight after you get off work?" The big tip mentioned before won't hurt, either, but not too big- don't make her feel like you're trying to buy her. Instead be honest but not crude, tell her you like her and get her to go out with you. Then work your magic.

What is with this dependance on pick up lines, which are all stupid and idiotic anyway? No girl goes for pick up lines. Whatever happened to just TALKING to a girl, getting to know her? Now it's like, "Oh, I gotta wow her with my most stupid and simpleton phrase to get in her pants." Sheesh.

give her a five dollar tip and tell her that there is another twenty five in it for her if she jumps your jimmy and after she slaps or face apologize and ask if she would like to go have cup of Coffey or a drink sometime.
to tell you the truth I would skip the jump my jimmy part if I was you.
