i am a lab tech from india i need help?

hi as i said i am a lab tech i did blood testings in india .I got married and came to US , now i am unable to get a job in LA , i need help pls help me out what should i do ? how do i get a job and one more thing i am on h4 will i never be a ble to earn and live properly in la ?
